Initially, I was a little nervous as the car I was looking at was a Mercedes E-Class Cabriolet, but her patience in answering my many questions, and for providing expert advice on the various aspects of the car I didn't understand, soon put my mind to rest. Even after I bought the car (which I love), the commitment to ensuring I was satisfied was remarkable – they even called me at home on the same evening to ensure I was OK with everything and that all was well. I have bought a lot of cars over the years, used and new, and I can't think of a time when I have been so satisfied. Great place to buy. Purchased a Nissan QASHQAI, it was exactly as described on the website, no nasty surprises. I needed the car quickly and it wasn't a problem Gemma had it ready for the next day, Inspected, MOT'd and a full valent. Honestly couldn't of asked for a better service.

I popped in, just for a look, was approached my Gemma, who welcomed me, and asked if i needed any help, said i was just looking, she replied with " no problem give me a shout if you need me", i was free to have a look around with no pressure being put on me. and nobody stood on my shoulder. 1: Regarding Vehicle Condition and Transaction Process
overall experience was really great. At first, I was worried about the condition of the used car. However, when I went to inspect it, I found that the car was well-maintained, and all its performance indicators were exactly as the seller described. The transaction process was very standardized. The paperwork was handled smoothly, and the staff patiently answered all my questions and helped me deal with some cumbersome documents. After driving the car for a while, there have been no problems at all, and its performance is stable. This purchasing experience made me very satisfied. If any of my friends want to buy a used car in the future, I will definitely recommend this place!
